改进主动形状模型彩色图像目标定位研究

研究彩色图像目标定位精度问题。对目前常见的图形图像中目标定位算法进行研究总结,分析了目标定位抽象流程,阐述了基于改进灰度模型的目标定位算法,提出了一种主动形状模型和HSV颜色模型,以求取优化定位效果、降低算法的时间和空间复杂度为目标,设计了相关改进思路。将基于改进主动形状模型的彩色图像中目标定位算法应用到彩色视频图像中,针对处理结果进行科学评价。通过实际的应用,再次验证了提出算法的可行性和高效性。     

Volume preserving image segmentation with entropy regularized optimal transport and its applications in deep learning

Image segmentation with a volume constraint is an important prior for many real applications. In this work, we present a novel volume preserving image segmentation algorithm, which is based on the entropy and Total Variation (TV) regularized optimal transport theory. The volume and classification constraints can be regarded as two measures preserving constraints in the optimal transport. By studying the dual problem, we develop a simple but efficient dual algorithm for our model. Moreover, to be different from many variational based image segmentation algorithms, the proposed algorithm can be directly unrolled to a new Volume Preserving and TV regularized softmax (VPTV-softmax) layer for semantic segmentation in the popular Deep Convolution Neural Network (DCNN). The experiment results show that our proposed model is very competitive and can improve the performance of many semantic segmentation networks such as the popular U-net and DeepLabv3+.     

以就业为向导的高职电子商务专业课程设置策略研究

随着企业信息化的日趋加快,电子商务日益成为企业经营的重要手段。该文结合电子商务专业毕业生的就业情况,贯彻科学发展观和高职教育"以就业为导向,以能力为本位"的教育理念,分析高职院校电子商务专业课程设置现在存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方法。从而使学生在学校所学知识和用人企业要求之间找到平衡点,使学生获得在电子商务类职业岗位上工作所需的各种能力而顺利就业以及促进企业发展和社会和谐都有积极而重要的意义。     

Effects of aminoguanidine on γ-aminobutyric acid accumulation pathways in fresh tea leaves under hypoxic conditions

Aminoguanidine (AG), a specific inhibitor of diamine oxidase (DAO), can be used to investigate the γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA) accumulation pathways. The effect of AG on GABA accumulation pathways of tea fresh leaves remains to be explored. Our results indicated AG concentration did not significantly affect GAD activity, but high concentration solution made GABA-T activity increase. AG (1 mm ) maximally, but not entirely, blocked the polyamine degradation pathway, but had no effect on GAD and GABA-T. The polyamine degradation pathway was responsible for 26.8% and 17.0% of GABA formation under hypoxic conditions involving immersion and immersion–vacuum, respectively, because DAO and PAO activity was not completely inhibited.     

椭圆曲线算法在射频识别技术加密中的优势

射频识别技术面临的主要挑战是容量较小,做较复杂的密码运算或鉴别较为困难等问题。针对射频识别技术中安全加密问题的讨论,将目前普遍应用于射频识别技术加密算法RSA与椭圆曲线加密算法ECC进行对比,仿真结果表明,椭圆曲线加密算法在射频识别技术加密中更具有优势。     

基于正交试验的Al2O3陶瓷激光铣削试验

Al2O3陶瓷激光铣削工艺受多种因素影响。基于正交试验方法优化陶瓷激光铣削参数组合,采用极差分析得到了各因素对铣削深度的影响程度大小,并以此为基础优化工艺参数,进行Al2O3陶瓷圆形型腔的激光铣削试验。结果表明:各因素对激光铣削深度的影响大小顺序依次为激光功率、扫描速度、搭接量、离焦量。采用优化后的工艺参数进行加工,单层铣削深度可达到0.4mm,铣削效果令人满意;未吹除的表面熔渣大大增加了加工件表面粗糙度,应增加辅吹气体气压来改善加工件表面质量。     

不同路基处理措施下软土环境效应对比研究

为研究湿地地区软土在不同路基处理措施下的环境效应,通过对砂砾石风化软岩处理路段和砂桩处理路段周围的软土,在路基填筑前和经过5年的沉降固结后路基周边软土随时间和随埋深的变化规律进行试验,分析软土的环境效应并提出适合该地区的路基处理方法。研究结果表明,随着埋深的增加,该软土的密度有所减少,不同断面不同时间的密度指标在埋深1m以下基本保持不变;而在5年的工程时间内,砂桩处理路段周边土层随着埋深的增加含水率大幅下降,渗透系数急剧增加;压缩系数降低为原始土层的1/2,严重影响湿地地区土层的流水路径,改变周围的生态环境。从保护湿地环境的角度考虑,砂桩路基处理方法在湿地地区应谨慎使用。     

Molten salt synthesis of SrTiO3 nanocrystals using nanocrystalline TiO2 as a precursor

A molten salt method was proposed to synthesize SrTiO₃ nanocrystals in the eutectic NaCl–KCl at 700 °C for 6 h, by using the homemade TiO₂ nanocrystals and commercial Sr(NO₃)₂ powder as raw materials. Besides, a control experiment with the commercial TiO₂ submicron-sized crystallites as a precursor was also conducted. The structure and composition of the obtained products were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results from XRD and XPS revealed the preparation of pure cubic phase SrTiO₃ powders. The TEM observation demonstrated that the nanocrystalline TiO₂ precursor played an important role in the current molten salt synthesis of SrTiO₃ nanocrystals, which were likely formed by the template formation mechanism.     

工程制图、AutoCAD与水处理工程教学融合

工程制图实训是一门实践性很强的高职环境类专业必修课程。文章从实际教学出发,介绍了以实际水处理项目为设计案例,将工程制图、AutoCAD绘图及水处理工程相互融合的教学模式。该模式通过整体的教学设计,丰富的教学方法与手段,培养学生掌握并运用AutoCAD分析绘制相关水处理工程图纸的能力,达到理实融合的教学效果。
